POSTAGE

  • Orders £200 and under are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service at a charge of £5.95

  • Orders over £200 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service FREE OF CHARGE

  • FIORELLI Jewellery is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service at a charge of £2.95

Please note all our delivery services require a signature upon arrival.

All our jewellery (excluding the FIORELLI range) is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully insured for the value of your purchase and is guaranteed next day delivery.

Please place your order before 2pm if you wish to receive it the following day.

Due to our opening hours, orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be processed for dispatch on Tuesday.

If you require your FIORELLI order for the following day please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery.

If you wish to send your order internationally please contact us to arrange shipping.

At Onyx we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange your online purchase please see below on how to do so:

EXCHANGE:

You can request to exchange your item/s within 20 days of the despatch date. If you wish to exchange your item the easiest way is to visit our store on Beeson High Road.

Alternatively please fill in the returns/exchange slip stating the new product code of which you require in exchange. Once we have received the item you wish to returned (in its original packaging with the security tag un-tampered) the new item will be sent to you. If there is a price difference, we will contact you to arrange payment or a refund of the difference.

REFUND:

You can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Please return your item in it’s original packaging with the security tag un-tampered to:

Please also include the completed returns/exchange slip in your parcel.

When posting an item back to us we recommend you have your parcel insured using a tracked delivery service.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Also please note we do not offer refunds if you have purchased your item in store, we do however offer an exchange to the full amount of your purchase.
